Developers Background
John Diles
John
has been a very successful hearing aid specialist for 32 years.
His family has been in the hearing aid business since 1930. John
founded EarPeace Technologies to develop unique hearing products
for a variety of communities. He first developed the H3SD Screener,
a revolutionary hand held hearing screening device. An individual
uses the Screener to self-test their hearing level outside of the
audiologist’s office. The audiologist provides the Screener
to patients, potential patients, and referring physicians as a marketing
tool.
After
determining that there was a strong need for professional quality
customized in-ear monitors offered at a reasonable price, John,
together with Earl Neal, co-developed LiveWires, custom fitted in-ear
headphones that offer exceptional sound quality and extremely comfortable
fit integral to the design. John is passionate about offering our
unique product to a wide-ranging audience that includes professional
musicians, audio engineers, audiophiles, iPod / MP3 users, and anyone
who cares about the quality of the music they listen to.
Underlying
personal creativity, John believes that any customer of EarPeace
should be supported by the best customer service that can be offered
by our team. The acceptance of LiveWires has been exceptional. Our
clients have provided broad support for our in-ear headphones. In
order to better serve our customers, John has led the expansion
of our product line to include a family of on-stage performance
products and customized earplugs.

L. Neal
2006
Parnelli Award winner Earl Neal knows the meaning of “third
times a charm”, after being nominated in 2004, 2005 and winning
in 2006 for Monitor Mixer of the Year. He was also nominated twice
by the TEC Award for Tour Sound Production.
Earl was
a Junior in high school when he began his audio engineering career.
After graduation, Earl began studying Aviation Technology at Wichita
State and continued at CMSU in Warrensburg Missouri. While he was
at CMSU Earl began mixing music again and developed a remarkable
sense of what music should mean to the listener and the artist.
After being
Road Manager/Production Manager/FOH Engineer for local bands, Earl
was called to Nashville for his engineering skills. Earl’s
audio career covers more than 15 years of audio work with experience
as Tour / Production Manager; FOH and Monitor Engineer for domestic
and international touring musical acts, such as Toby Keith, Patty
Loveless, Lenny Kravitz, Aerosmith, Andrea Bocelli, and Rod Stewart
just to name a few.
After listening
to the artists and bands comments and problems with their in-ear
monitors and studying the different in-ear monitors, Earl, along
with his partner John Diles, an audiologist from San Francisco,
developed LiveWires.
Currently
Earl is Monitor Engineer for Toby Keith, a DiGiCo representative
and co-developer of LiveWires.
